2. WHAT THE APP DOES
This property-care companion provides a searchable collection of general care topics, local favorites, property profiles, checklists, maintenance journal notes, area and paint estimates, user-entered budget plans, and drafts for email inquiries. No account registration or in-app payment is required.
3. INFORMATION YOU VOLUNTARILY PROVIDE
When you use planning and inquiry features, you can enter a name, email address, optional phone number, property nickname, general property location, selected care topic, preferred timing, property notes, measurements, and user-entered amounts. Do not enter banking credentials, payment card information, identification documents, medical information, or other sensitive data.
4. WHERE INFORMATION IS STORED
Your property profiles, checklists, budget entries, area estimates, favorites, maintenance journal records, saved request drafts and settings are stored using app-private SharedPreferences on your Android device. The app does not operate a cloud account or automatically upload these records to the company. Automatic Android app backup is disabled. These local records do not have a separate app-level encryption system.
5. EMAIL INQUIRIES AND CONTACT
If you choose to prepare an inquiry or contact support, the app opens a compatible external email application with information you choose to include, addressed to info@betterpropertyservice.online. You must review and send the email yourself. Opening an email composer does not confirm sending, delivery, receipt, a quote or an appointment. After you send it, your email provider and the receiving company may process the message according to their own practices.
6. INTERNET IMAGES AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Some property-related pictures are requested via HTTPS from images.unsplash.com. When an image loads, the external image service may receive the IP address and technical connection details needed to serve the image, subject to its own privacy terms. Distinct bundled fallback images are used when offline or if a request fails. Other onboarded illustrations and the app logo are bundled with the app.
7. DATA SHARING AND PERMISSIONS
The app does not contain advertising or analytics SDKs and does not request access to precise GPS location, contacts, camera, SMS or call logs. It requests INTERNET permission for optional online images. Information remains on device unless you intentionally share a journal summary using the Android Share chooser or send an inquiry/support message using an external email application. The chosen destination and its provider determine how shared information is handled.
8. HOW LONG DATA REMAINS AND HOW TO DELETE IT
Your local records remain until you delete them individually, use Settings > Clear all saved data, clear Android app storage, or uninstall the app. Some settings, such as onboarding and theme choice, can remain after the app Clear all saved data action; clearing Android app storage removes them. Data already sent to an external email provider or recipient is not deleted by clearing app storage.
9. SECURITY
The app uses standard Android application-private storage, with cleartext network traffic disabled. Local information is not protected by a separate encrypted vault. Secure your device with a screen lock and avoid storing confidential credentials in notes. No electronic storage or communications method can guarantee absolute security.
10. CHILDREN
The app is intended for general property organization and is not directed to children under 13. It does not knowingly solicit information directly from children.
